I choose this cartoon because it shows that the appearnce of Frankestein is not the most attractive thing. The cartoon states "I'm retiring. I just can't complete with the scare you get when you see your health insurance premiums" Randy Bish was trying to inform his viewers of how scary and horrible looking Frankenstein's appearance really is.
